Selma F. Bartlett Elementary's Parent Teacher Organization
Bartlett's PTO is very active. The PTO is so much more than fundraising for school events, classroom supplies, and teacher appreciation. We are working to provide a sense of community and family involvement within the school. When you are involved, your child is involved and feels pride, ownership, participation, and community in his or her school. Stress the importance of education and community by joining the PTO and participating in events throughout the year. It is our goal to enhance the educational experience at Bartlett in any way we can. We thank you for being involved and helping to make all of this possible.

Helping in the classroom or around the school is a great way to stay involved and support our Bartlett community. To volunteer in the classroom, please contact your child's teacher so a schedule can be arranged. The teacher will need to add your name in the volunteer log so your visit will be expected by the front office. In addition, CCSD has required as of 12.1.17 that all volunteers must be fingerprinted and issued a badge. More information on starting the background check process can be found here at the Protect Our Kids site.
